Reformasi Pasar Modal Diapresiasi

Meski memberikan sejumlah catatan, MSCI juga mengapresiasi berbagai langkah reformasi yang telah dilakukan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dan Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI).

Beberapa kebijakan yang mendapat perhatian positif antara lain:

Peningkatan transparansi pemegang saham dengan kepemilikan di atas 1 persen.
Penerapan kerangka High Shareholding Concentration (HSC).
Peta jalan peningkatan batas minimum free float menjadi 15 persen.

Namun, MSCI menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan reformasi tidak hanya diukur dari kebijakan yang diterbitkan, tetapi juga dari konsistensi implementasinya di lapangan.
